No more time, expense and personnel consumed on issuing dozens of purchase orders, tracking and stocking all the individual components, and managing numerous suppliers. Your headaches can be virtually eliminated with our supreme service and supreme product manufacturing.
On site consultation. Our team of experts will come on-site to your facility to work through the details, logistics, and materials needs. From needs assessment to delivery, we’re there for you.
Materials pricing alternatives. Where applicable and desired, the Supreme team will search for alternative or cross components that will meet the customer’s specified specs in order to reduce assembly costs.
Shared cost savings. Wherever possible, cost reductions are passed on to the customer.
Design review and recommendations. Our technicians will review your designs and provide recommendations for process, material and/or cost saving ideas for the customer’s engineers.
Improved efficiencies. Our manufacturing staff are highly skilled and trained using the best of manufacturing technologies to improve processes. If there are efficiencies to be found, they will find them. Efficiencies often reflected in cost savings to our customers.
Inventory management. Supreme Cable Technology, Inc can provide a dedicated manufacturing cell that puts the manufacturing strictly under the customer’s control. We provide safety stock at the finished goods or component levels, as well as inventory and Kanban replenishment and in-plant store inventory where needed. Our goal is to be a direct extension of your company.
Packaging and labeling. We deliver product packaged and labeled to meet your unique needs.
Shipping and Delivery. All carriers. Drop-ship to you or directly to your customers.
Delivery services. To local market, metro-Denver and the Colorado Front-Range region, we can hand-deliver to key customers.
Training opportunities. Occasional ISO, IPC620A and other training made available to our key partners.
Quality management. Supreme Cable is ISO 9001:2000 and IPC620A certified, FDA and military compliant, as well as UL and CSA approved. Our testing is documented for accuracy and efficiencies. Our PPM is consistently well below industry standard. Order fulfillment, quality assurance, verifications, and on-time delivery that meet your needs.
100% testing. When required by our customers, Supreme Cable will conduct 100% testing to raise quality assurance to the maximum – dock-to-stock for the customer.
Inspections and production audits. We take quality very serious. It’s our name on the line. So, Supreme Cable conducts documented internal and external audits on a regular basis. A practice resulting in one of the best PPM ratings in the industry and confidence for our partners.
